Early Years Practitioner – Finchley, London

Marylebone Services are working with a well-regarded nursery based in Finchley, London, who are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a “home away from home” family run nursery, with beautiful and high-quality setting and learn, grow and shine in a professional and passionate environment.

You will be required to work with children age 18 months to 5 years old across two spacious and bright rooms, a sensory room and a garden.

We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated, caring, enthusiastic, and committed to providing outstanding early years care.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery.
• Supervise, safeguard and play with children.
• Work closely with parents and create trusting relationships with all families.
• To maintain accurate records of key children’s development and learning journeys
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and the management team to maintain high standards.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
• Minimum 1-year experience in a nursery setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent 46 weeks/year

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:30am-5:00pm

Salary: From £13/h depending of experience and qualifications
